Payment & Billing Information
Everything that affects what you pay, shown before you confirm an order — never after.
Accepted methods
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Billing address must match the card.
Secure handling
Card details are entered over an encrypted connection and passed to the payment provider. We never store full card numbers.
Sales tax
Prices exclude sales tax. Tax of 7.75% is applied at checkout based on your shipping address.
Fraud checks
Orders may be reviewed for fraud. If a check fails, we cancel and refund rather than ship.
Charges you may see
- • Item prices, as shown on each product page.
- • Shipping: $6.95 standard (free over $49.00) or $14.95 express.
- • Sales tax, calculated at checkout.
- • No handling fees, no surcharges for card type, and no subscription charges.
Promo codes
One promo code applies per order. Codes apply to item subtotals before tax and shipping, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn at any time.
Authorisations and refunds
Your card is authorised when you place the order and captured when it is dispatched. A pending authorisation may appear on your statement before capture. Refunds return to the original payment method and typically post within 3–10 business days of being issued.
Receipts and billing queries
A receipt is emailed with every order. For a duplicate receipt or a billing question, contact info@virexiumtechnologies.com or call +1 (423) 815-9388 with your order number.
Note: this store's checkout is not yet connected to a live payment processor, so no card is charged. A payment provider must be connected before accepting real customer payments.
