Shipping & Delivery Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to street addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to freight forwarders or international addresses.

Rates

• Standard shipping: $6.95, free on orders over $49.00 after discounts.
• Express shipping: $14.95.
• Rates are shown in the cart and confirmed at checkout before payment.

Dispatch and delivery times

• Orders placed before 1pm Pacific on a business day are normally dispatched the same day.
• Standard delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
• Express delivery: 1–2 business days after dispatch.
• Delivery estimates exclude weekends and public holidays and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking

A tracking reference is emailed when your parcel leaves our facility. Tracking events can take up to 24 hours to appear with the carrier.

Address accuracy

Please check your address at checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched, and re-delivery of parcels returned due to an incorrect address may incur a further shipping charge.

Delays, loss and damage

If a parcel has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will open a carrier investigation. Report visible transit damage within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs, so that we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Taxes and charges

Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and is displayed before payment. No customs duties apply to domestic shipments.
