Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where an item is out of stock, a price is clearly incorrect, or we suspect fraud — and will refund any amount already taken.

Pricing and taxes

Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Shipping charges are shown before payment. We correct pricing errors when we find them and will contact you before proceeding if an error affects your order.

Product information

We describe products as accurately as we can. Colours may vary between screens, and dimensions and weights are approximate. Product descriptions are general information, not veterinary advice.

Safe use of pet toys

• No toy is indestructible. Always supervise your pet during play.
• Select a toy size appropriate to your pet's size, weight and jaw strength.
• Inspect toys before each use and discard any with loose, broken or swallowed-size pieces.
• Toys are not intended for human use or for children under 3.

Returns are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse this site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape content at scale, or reproduce our images and text for commercial purposes without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
